HOUSING PARK
The exhibition Housing Park presents photographs of ceramic works created by young patients from the Maison de l’enfance et del’adolescence (MEA). This exhibition is the result of a collaboration between the Artopie - Fondation Convergences, the Ariana Museum and the artist Yusuké Y. Offhause.
Offhause Museum
The Offhause Museums is a project bringing together two museums: one in Switzerland, the other in Japan. Yusuké Y. Offhause, current director of both museums, wants to address the lack of exhibition spaces and promote young artists. The particularity of these museums is their miniature scale and the game that is created around it. For each exhibition installed in the museum, a print of photographs is made by creating ambiguity about the real dimensions of the works.
Exhibitions
This year, the Offhause Museum is offering the Housing Park exhibition.
On the theme of "home", it presents the creations made by patients in this intimate place.
Trees, boats, plants or even hearts; the earthen dwellings are as original as they are varied, offering young patients a view of their dream home and transforming their imagination into reality.
The Offhause Museum and the works are visible in the great hall of the Ariana - Swiss Museum of Ceramics and Glass,
from March 22, 2024 to June 2, 2024.
